E-Liquids
All e-liquid purchases are FINAL.
We cannot accept exchanges on the e-liquids due to the nature of the product. If for some reason you were not satisfied with the e-liquid you received, email us and we will try and find a suitable flavor for you to enjoy.
Hardware
VSpot Vape shop is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We will provide you with a tracking number, if any problems arise please contact us.
In case of product return please make sure you send it back with the same care given or it was received.
We do not offer refunds, only product replacement for products which arrive damaged or with manufacturer defects. Any further warranty issues must be taken up with the original manufacturer.
